I don't respond to most requests of "I'm looking for a VA" on Twitter. For one, they do end up with a ton of responses, many from newbie type VA's or people who want a VA "job". I interact well and regularly with my target clientele on Twitter and feel strongly that they will come to me when they need a VA.
